Benevolence Fund

-          Friends may wish to note that there will be no Offertory during the Communion Service on Sunday April 20^th 2008 for the Benevolence Fund.

Call To Worship

-          Will friends please note that as from Easter Day (until Pentecost) the call to worship will change with the Junior Church stewards saying ‘Alleulia! Christ is risen!’, to which the congregration are asked to respond, ‘He is risen indeed! Alleulia!’

Church Anniversary

-          This year’s Church Anniversary will be on Trinity Sunday, May 18^th 2008 when we welcome Mrs Ros Peedle as our Preacher at 10:30am.

Recycled Toner Cartridges

-          If friends have any used Computer Printer Toner Cartridges then please place them in the ‘Red Box’ in the New Room from where they will be sent to NCH for recycling. Many Thanks.

Saturday April 12^th 2008

-          Friends may wish to be aware that Berry Lane Methodist Church, Rickmansworth, are arranging a Quiz Night on the 12^th April 2008, starting at 7pm, tickets are available, priced at £8.00 each, which includes Supper from Mrs Anne Challis, 5 Ridge Way, Rickmansworth. Proceeds to Church funds.

Trinity Open Afternoon, May 10^th 2008, 2-5pm

-          Friends will be pleased to know that plans are proceeding for this event in May. We are arranging for a large number of leaflets to be planted for which we will need as many folk as possible to help distribute these leaflets. Please consider assisting with this distribution so that when the leaflets are available next month we will have a considerable number if friends helping, so that the workload is spread over as many folk as possible.

Trinity Open Afternoon - 10 May, 2-5pm

-          One of the plans for the Open Day is to give the first 150 Visitors through the doors at Trinity a Lucky Dip ticket so that they can collect a free gift from a table in the Hall. To do this we will need small/not costly items i.e. a packet of tissues, a tablet of soap, an unwanted gift (unused!) or anything else, which would make an acceptable gift.  We are now starting to collect these and Shirley Jennings, Ann Shepherd, Vicky Clark or John Simpson would be very grateful to receive them.
